Amanda Rome
Amanda Rome, LBSW, works as the Pregnancy Maintenance and Adoption Case Manager in the Hays office of Catholic Charities Northern Kansas. She provides support and case management to pregnant women in several counties across Northwest Kansas. She graduated from Fort Hays State University in May of 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology. A few years later, she returned to school at Fort Hays State University to obtain a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Work and became licensed in the State of Kansas. Her previous experience includes working with the state and courts to place abused, neglected or abandoned children into temporary foster homes and prepare them to return home or into adoptive homes. Amanda has spent most of her life living in Hays and resides there with her husband.
